We operate a 16 foot modern trailer in cream and green livery, fully equiped with six pancake griddles, refrigeration and separate handwash facilities for staff.

We are HACCP Accredited and hold current certificates in food and hygiene, as well as a Diploma in Mobile Catering. The trailer itself is maintained to the highest standards and Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates are kept at all times. We are also members of The Nationwide Caterers Association.

Our company can cater for any event, however large, and our staff are all trained and uniformed to offer a pleasant and efficient service. We deliver freshly made pancakes while you wait, so a little patience will be well rewarded when you taste the freshness of our delicious range.
